EEZI-SIT Terms and Conditions of Trade

All orders for goods accepted by QWOLSOL Ltd, trading as EEZI-SIT, are accepted subject to the following conditions which govern the contract of sale. Details of any items ordered are as specified on the EEZI-SIT web site at the time of order. Utilising the “check box” on the order page and/or acceptance of goods will be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale. Any other term sought to be imposed by any purchaser, either in a document or otherwise, that conflicts with or adds to these conditions is not accepted. No agent or representative of EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL has authority to vary these conditions unless accepted in writing by a director of QWOLSOL Ltd. 1. Payment & Price
All payments are to be made in sterling. All prices and postage and packaging prices are as specified on our Website and presented during the ordering process. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. For payment options, please see below. Prices are subject to change by update of the details on the website.
(a) Small orders made online of up to 100 items. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received via Paypal, cleared Cheque or bank transfer.
(b) Large or customised wholesale orders. Staged payment and supply details will be agreed in writing on an individual contract basis. Paypal – follow online Instructions. Cheques should be made payable to “QWOLSOL Ltd”.
Bank Transfer - To pay by BACS or CHAPS please e-mail us.
2. Availability of Goods
EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL will use its best endeavours to despatch orders within three working days of receiving full payment. Where goods are temporarily out of stock, EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL will inform the purchaser via e-mail of the expected despatch date. In such circumstances, the purchaser may terminate the sale by indicating their desire to cancel the order in an e-mail to info@eezi-sit.co.uk. The cancellation e-mail must be received within three days of the delay notification being sent. The cancellation must also be from the e-mail address used to order the goods and include the order number generated by the online shop. 3. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by Royal Mail or National Carrier depending upon the size and weight. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If you have not received the goods or heard from us within 14 days, please contact us. Items may be sent separately therefore you may not receive your entire order in one delivery. If this is the case you will only incur one delivery charge. 4. Property ownership and rights
The following applies predominantly for Large and/or Customised Wholesale orders. Title to the property of the goods shall not pass to the purchaser from EEZI-SIT/ QWOLSOL until such time as payment for the goods has been received in full by EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL. At any time after the due date for payment of the goods, and so long as such amounts have not been received in full, EEZI-SIT staff shall have the right to enter the purchaser’s premises and remove therefrom all goods which remain the property of the EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL. Any charges incurred to effect such a recovery of goods shall be payable by the purchaser. 5. Consequential Loss
The extent of EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOLs liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods. EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising. 6. Returns
Wilful damage or misuse of goods by the purchaser or anybody acting on their behalf shall void the warranty agreements. No return goods will be accepted without prior written agreement of EEZI-SIT / QWOLSOL. EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL reserves the right to rectify the fault, replace the goods or refund the purchaser at our discretion. The purchaser shall be responsible for carriage costs unless otherwise stated. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL. Items returned to EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL by arrangement and found to contain no fault will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, provided that the goods are in good-stock condition. No replacement/refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received in full. 7. Law
If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law. 8. EEZI-SIT /QWOLSOL reserves the right to change the detail specification of the product without notice and all technical information is provided for guidance only. Note that as for all inflatable products, care should be taken to avoid sharp objects and/or hot surfaces.
